Career assessment
This involves a confidential assessment interview with the candidate, who answers a variety
of set questions regarding such areas as motivations, fears, influences and expectations. This
is analysed through a mixture of inference and objective reasoning, and yields a report containing
a conclusion and recommendations, which can be used by the candidate to indicate a potential career path.
This assessment should not be solely relied upon to decide specific employment or occupational choices. We
recommend candidates always take these decisions within a broader context.
Career psychometrics
Tendo Solutions use market-leader Thomas International for behavioural, aptitude and ability tests to analyse
people’s behavioural style at work, identify their strengths and limitations and help to measure mental agility.
