to recruit (sometimes at a crucial stage), or offer the post to an internal candidate,
or simply ‘park the role’.
With our intervention and professional coaching you’re in good hands. We are passionate
about interviews because we help other people succeed in the job market; we know
which interview approaches work and which don’t. We’ll show you how to avoid the
mistakes other candidates make.
Our coaching is effective for telephone and video-based interviews, face-to-face
interviews, selection panels, group interviews, presentation-based interviews, and
corporate assessments.
We have the skills to boost your confidence and overall success during the interview
process, increasing your chances of being offered the job you want. Our coaching
is effective up to board level.
Whether you are preparing for a career change, seeking promotion or new employment,
we will help you to overcome inhibitions and over-confidence. You will be fully
prepared to deliver an excellent interview on your big day.

Once we have had an initial telephone conversation to discuss your situation, you
forward us your CV and job specification so that we can properly review your position.
We then meet for a coaching session (usually lasting for 120 minutes), which we
hold in Central London.
We discuss the structure of interviews and how you can influence them. We identify
what you should anticipate, how to effectively communicate and project your image.
We discuss the psychological and subliminal aspects of the interview selection process,
and what you need to avoid doing. We enable you to answer familiar and unfamiliar
questions, and prepare questions of your own. We will teach you how to understand
the interviewer’s perspective and how to inspire your audience. You have the option
of arranging flexible on-going coaching with us.
Costs and Payment
Our costs outlined below are calculated on an individual basis.
Interview Coaching from £180 (per delegate) On-going coaching is charged separately
We require payment at least 5 working days before your coaching commences. Payment
can be made via debit or credit card.
