Once we have had an initial telephone conversation to discuss your situation and
what you wish to change, we then arrange to meet for two training sessions (which
can be linked into one long session), which is held in Central London. The details
we discuss are subject to the strictest confidence and we do not disclose these
to third parties.
We discuss the dynamics of your working environment and some of the psychological
and practical elements involved in managing and influencing others. This includes
making allegiances and loyalties work for you, so that you can leverage support
at all levels.
We enable you to inspire rather than depend on rank to exert your will, motivate
others and challenge resistance. This is extremely valuable where there are disparate
or political elements at work; it is a skill no manager can afford to do without.
This is a specialist training course and is designed to provide the delegate with
an effective life skill that can be used in a range of contexts and environments.
You have the option of arranging flexible on-going coaching with us.
Costs and Payment
Our costs outlined below are calculated on an individual basis.
Influencing for Managers from £550 (per delegate) On-going coaching is charged separately.
We require full payment at least 2 weeks prior to the delivery of any training. Payment can
be made via client account or individually with a major debit or credit card.
